regarding your business purpose of your call regarding the brand or model, and you will be routed immediately.
Calls may be recorded (per Oklahoma Statute) for quality assurance and security of our employees and business,
just as most calls to any major customer service organization are today.
Harassment Policy
Telecommunications Fraud, such as calls to reach engineers on a false purpose, is a felony crime. Competitors
and persons seeking to reach engineers without a business purpose or beyond the scope of their work such as
personal harassment will be logged by our system and criminal complaint filed.
