A number of services are subject to contract terms. These terms cover the extended legal obligations and limiations
of Shadowgeist and its associate service branches and partners related to various State and Federal Laws. To close
a sale, the customer must digitally sign a contract via SDP Multimedia Group and Echosign.com online contract services
to protect the rights and define the scope of work for billable service, liability, and recourse.
This form of business is very traditional, involving providion of creative services and timesheet billing, which while
offered in good faith some customers inevitably dispute or enter into with false expectations of a guarenteed performance
of goods in the free market unrelated the initial business of hiring contract labor.
As such, and due to the legal obligations of consumer rights, we require customers of this class of good or service to
participate in a contract process at no additional cost to themselves. To do so, the customer simply needs an email
address that the contract can be served to and statement that they are legally capable of entering into such a contract
in the State of Oklahoma and that such contract will be binding and may be pursued for remedy under the laws of the
State of Oklahoma for any breach.
Participants must be 18 years of age, legally competent, and for contracts exceeding
$10,000 may require physical notary service in hardcopy as stated by Shadowgeist and its parent firm, Shadowdancers L.L.C.
of Ada (Oklahoma, USA).
