Pre-Pay Terms
Some services simply require the time scheduled be paid for in advance, such as use of
engineering equipment and engineer time. Because these specialists are contracted and
rely on prompt payment to reserve their travel and arrange support, payment in advance
of services may be required by specific agents or tasks.
Field videography teams are an example of this service, where appearance for a shoot
without payment may cost the team a paying client at another location or valuable time
related to lease of equipment and support staff. For these specific areas, payment is
expected to clear in advance and is non-refundable as a service fee for the appearance
and time devoted.
If you are not comfortable with payment in advance or require satisfaction terms or
conditions, please speak to our executive sales division about a contract for these
obligations. Such terms are usually more expensive, to cover bond and insurance of any
agency equipment and property involved, but can offer retake and additional services
for the extension of credit the client desires in their purchase of services.
