Limitations and Restrictions
The company ships products within the Continental United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska, at this time. Orders outside our coverage
area will be voided when processed, and notice sent to the email or contact information attached if present.
The firm and all disputes arrising from any transaction or sale shall be heard and settled in the State of Oklahoma, where the firm is
resident and has nexus. All persons ordering in the State of Oklahoma will pay sales tax at a rate set by the Oklahoma Tax Commission
for The City of Ada and the County of Pontotoc, now 9.1875% presently.
The cost of goods shipped may be subject to USE TAX, and customers are responsible for payment of such tax with their local State if
applicable. Use tax applies to any goods shipped into a State for use from outside the state, if not for resale. Use tax laws vary,
and each customer is individually responsible for the tax obligations of their State or Location if outside Oklahoma. Residents of
The State of Oklahoma will be charged sales tax, and not subject to use tax because of that condition.
All persons must be 18 years of age to place an order. Any order placed by a person under the age of majority (18 in Oklahoma) will
be voided and costs refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. This fee is neccessary to cover costs incurred by the firm due to a false order.
No person may order products intended for shipment outside the United States or for redistribution of those products to countries or
territories where they would violate regional or International law. Discovery of such activity will terminate any pending orders and
may result in report to State and Federal law enforcement. Volume orders of products associated with military uses will be verified
with end-use and may result in State Department request for investigation, due to the potential application in terrorist activities.
The firm reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and may refuse to validate or pass orders from banned customers or seek
legal action for repeated efforts to circumvent or bypass or harass our business offices resulting from prior security actions. Fraud
and harassment will be prosecuted criminally.
