Terms of Sale
All sales are final. Exchanges for warranty support must be carried out with the manufacturer for individual parts. Solutions such
as computers built by or assembled at our office are covered under their related warranty. Such replacement covers only like parts
or substitution of components regarded by our office as equal or superior in case of discontinuance or discretion of Militech Systems.
Orders may not be modified or cancelled once submitted without consent of Militech Systems, but we do encourage customers to call us
by phone with any request as soon as possible. We will do our best to modify or terminate any order given notice.
Fraud is a constant issue for online vendors, and these terms protect us from such common scams, frauds, and abuse of service. If you
have a problem with your order, we urge you to contact our sales desk and we will always seek any accomodation possible on our end of
the transaction in good faith. This offer, unlike dissimilar terms at some large vendors, is not a legal contract - but a personal
commitment to do our very best to help our customers within our power and reasonable costs. We feel this policy gives us much more
leeway than bonds or other insurance terms used by our competitors, providing power to assist loyal customers as our relationship
with their work deems appropriate.
Ultimately, we want to see your business grow. We are not a vendor for resellers or other agencies. Our objective is help the end user
obtain the best experience with this technology as possible. That means we reserve the right in how we do business, just as our clients
reserve the right to privacy and confidentiality in their own artistic and industrial work. It would be foolish to let one scammer spoil
that benefit or force costs higher for everyone, to compromise that agreement.
Any sale to anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited, and costs or expenses incurred due to such a false order the sole liability of the
parent or guardian who allowed use of the site for that order, as specified in Oklahoma Law (USA). All sales made via the website are
subject to the contract law of The State of Oklahoma, and resolution within the State courts therein without cost or provision for any
appearance or travel due that obligation upon Shadowgeist, Shadowdancers L.L.C., or its respective tradenames.
Due to the nature of technology on the site, all sales must ship to the Continental United States. Sales to Hawaii and Alaska are not
covered, and any order seeking to ship beyond the Continental United States will be rendered void. Import/export laws prohibit the
shipping of certain products. The customer remains solely liable for any import/export restrictions in their various State or territory.
At the time of posting, all prices, details, and technical specifications were believed to be true and accurate. Shadowdancers L.L.C. or
any of its related tradenames or entity or brand deny specifically any liability, damage: punitive or consequential or otherwise implied,
due to errors, omissions, typos, or relevant facts or claims upon the site. Any such detail must be reported and the firm will take its
immediate effort to resolving and correcting such error once reported and verified. This information is presented as a best effort
advertisement, with consideration that terms and conditions including license terms and 3rd party contract obligations and
end-user-license-agreements may and in most cases do apply to any agreement of sale or lease. No sale shall convey rights or ownership
of intangible intellectual property, patents, secrets, designs, or other trade secret - and shall constitute only the transfer of property
or license or both covered by such reserved intellectual property rights.
