Walk In Services
When a customer has a piece of equipment that must be serviced, they must drop it off for evaluation and repair at a
designated shop.
Some basic paperwork is required prior acceptance of client equipment by our staff.
Equipment sent to the shop without a "Return Merchandice Authorization" (RMA) number (valid for a limited period of time)
will be refused service and returned to sender. Equipment mailed to us without an RMA will be claimed as abandoned property
pursuant the U.S. mail and carrier regulations, if we fail to identify the sender and make arrangements for its retunr at
their expense (or consideration of RMA if mailed in error or RMA lost by accidental omission in packaging).
All efforts will be taken to notify the sender of the absence of an RMA,
but we prefer to actually see our customers and answer their questions in person where possible.
This is why our service center in Norman (Oklahoma, USA) and office in Ada (Oklahoma, USA) provide customer service with
trained engineers rather than receptionist staff. Walk in customers are welcome at our Norman office, and appointments
may be scheduled for customers in Ada at this time.
